Shipping Policy

All our products are shipping via US Postal Service and take 3-5 business days depending on where the customer lives. Once tracking is sent Medici Body Flavs is NOT responsible for any Lost packages. Any LOST packages delivery please contact the US Postal Service.

You may contact us at sales@medicibodyflavs.com if you have problems with your order. If something is damaged or missing please let us know WITHIN 48 hours of delivery. I may request photos of any damaged or defective item. I will also need pictures of the shipping box to submit an insurance claim with the shipping company.

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS unless we made a mistake in sending you the wrong order. If the mistake was made by us please contact us @ sales@medicibodyflavs.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. If we find that the product is exactly what you ordered there will be NO REFUNDS  or EXCHANGES all sales are final.
