How to apply as vendor
Simply click on Become A Vendor & you will be redirected to the vendor registration page to apply as vendor .Please put the necessary information like the image below to a be a partner of Black Buy Black Community. After successfully registration, you will get a welcome wizard like the example below. This will allow you to customize your store instantly or you can decide to do it later.
After setting up your store , you'll see your store manager dashboard. *See the image below.*
How to add new product
To add a new product, click on products from the store manager's left menu. It will appear like the image below. Simply click on add new product and you will get a lot of options on how to add to your product.
How to add a simple product
By default, we offer a set of product types that you can create for your store. While creating a new product, you can choose the option for the product type, and accordingly the settings will change. Here is a quick look at the default product types you can create.
What is a simple product:
A simple product is the most common and easily-understandable product type. A simple product is a unique, stand-alone, physical product that you may have to ship to the customer.
To start with, you can create a simple product, assign a price, a sale price, also, add a product image, or you can add a product image gallery. Then you want to select category of the product from the dropdown menu in the right side, add a short and full description if you have one, and start selling them. Simple products may have one SKU, which can manage stock. If your item does not have a SKU, that's not a big deal. Simple products are typically easily shipped, and have no variations/options. If you want to manage how many products on your stock , you can set the quantity for the stock management. See example below.
We are using multi-carrier shipping system to give you an easy way to ship your product via the shipping companies like UPS FedEx, USPS, DHL ..So don't forget to select a shipping class that has been created by website admin.
If you are selling a product that has weight, Dimension, please fill this inside the weight dimensions information. For example, you are selling a book, you will just need to define a shipping class from in the dropdown. You can select the processing time needed prior to shipping.
For simple products you don't need to do anything on attribute tab. If you like set policy on the product you can write on product policy tab. Finally, you can click on submit and your product will be published and will appear on the website. You can check on the image below how it will look a simple product added by you:
How to add a variable product
You will need to define the product you are adding a variable product. You will find the option in the dropdown up there in the product title.
What is a variable product:
Variable Products are a bit more complex than Simple Products. Their complexity will vary based on the products you are selling. Unlike Simple Products, Variable Product pages can sell multiple types of warehouse items through the use of Attributes and Variations. Variable products can have multiple variations/options, each of which may have a different SKU or price.
The benefit of a variable product is that if there are different prices for a product based on size/color/weight/unit/any other attribute that you like to sell, you don't need to upload a lot of products with their weight/size/color. You can set them together in a variable product.
For example, you are selling clothing products, you may have a product called “T-shirt”. Customers can select the t-shirt they want by size and color. Size and color represent the product’s Attributes, and the options “Red” or “Small” are variations within their respective Attribute. Each combination of Variations can have its own price and SKU.
Everything as like adding a simple product, select the product type from the dropdown as a variable product, give a title,add product image and other images as gallery for variation, add short & a full description of the product, select a category, add a tag, for better understanding check the image below:

The main thing in an attribute product is to set attributes first and then set the price according to the attribute for different variations on that product. You MUST set attribute first. After setting the attribute, you will then be able to set price. You can create your own attribute if you like.
For example, If you are selling a t-shirt this maybe has different sizes and color attributes. The prices may vary according to color & size. *Please see the example below on how you can add the attribute* :
After you've added the attribute , click on variation and select a variation (attribute), add a price for it; similarly select more variations and add price for them. Please see example below on how to add variations and price.
After you created some variations with price , it should look similar to the example below:
If you choose to set a policy on the product, you can write on product policy tab. Finally, click on submit and your product will be published and will appear on the website. You can check on the example below showing how a variable product would look once you've added to your store:
